JOSE DECARLOS
Jose de Carlos graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture 1985 and Computer Science 1987 in Manila, Philippines. Mr. De Carlos joined RAE in 1997 and shares his extensive experience in producing structural drawings throughout the drafting department using the latest AutoCAD Architecture and is our resident specialist in the Tekla software.

BUELL MOODY
Buell Moody is a retired army personnel. He earned a specialized degree from Erwin Technical Center in Tampa, FL in 2004. Mr. Moody joined RAE's drafting department in 2006 and specializes in structural drafting with AutoCAD.

JAMES BARBER
James Barber graduated from Dunedin High School's Academy of Architectural Design and Building Technologies in 2006. Mr. Barber completed coursework in architecture and design at both the University of South Florida and St. Petersburg College, where he earned an Associates of Arts degree. He has experience with structural drafting and project management. Mr. Barber joined RAE's team as a drafting specialist in the summer of 2015.

JOHNNY CRUZ

Johnny Cruz started at Richard Adams Engineers in June of 2016. He came to us with sixteen years of prior experience so we knew he was well qualified for the task. Johnny attended ITT Technical Institute and graduated in 2001 with an Associates degree in Computer Science. With his knowledge and experience, Johnny is of great benefit to our drafting department.
